Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di La Villette

"For the amount that was paid for two nights, my experience does not match the hospitality. They need more front desk workers. There was only one 3 front desk workers so they seemed to be over worked. The room from the pictures does not look the same in person. Our room was damaged on the walls and grout in the bathroom needed to be scrubbed. The worst part of it all was the AC. Not only did it not work they knew and never informed us. I called about it and then they let me know it’s not working...

"Very clean. Very nice and helpful staff. I got a kettle when I asked, my cheese was put in the fridge and my boarding pass was printed. The area is a bit shadyish but I didn't feel unsafe. Nice canal/river walk nearby with some restaurants. I do Paris on foot and it is a bit far from the main attractions, about an hour to the Louvre just to give you an idea. Negative points: the room is very small, only the bed, night tables and a cupboard, no chair even so you have to sit on the bed and it's...

"We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Room was clean, the staff were helpful and courteous. Air conditioning worked well. Room was bigger than expected. The water pressure in the shower was great. Hotel location was ideal. Plenty restaurants near by and train station was very close. Hotel is close to all major locations, or just a short train ride away. Staying here is money well spent!"

"This stay was a dream come true. Staff were extremely helpful and kind, the facility was very clean, and the hotel was very child-friendly. I definitely recommend their breakfast services."

"Wonderful place and location!"
