"Loved the cute decor, something fun for everyone. The staff was extremely helpful. We needed to leave at 7am for the airport and the staff provided some breakfast at 6:30 for us, 30 minutes ahead of the breakfast scheduled time. Caring and kind.

"I didn't expect much from a budget hostel, however there are still things where this hostel can improve.
1. Rooming system (I found my bed was already used by someone else, before I asked for another bed).
2. Maintenance (The luggage bin beneath my bed was broken, couldn't close firmly).
3. Cleanliness (The toilet needed a more periodic cleaning before it stank)
4. Signage (Some people may have difficulty to find the entrance door the first time).
Anyway the people were nice and quite helpful in...

"We had a wonderful long weekend staying at Terrass Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, from the staff at reception to the restaurant and bar staff, as well as the room cleaning team. Everyone went out of their way to help us, all with a smile on their faces.
