"I stayed at this hotel on a stopover on my way back to the UK. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was okay. since the building of the new airport terminal you now need to take the shuttle provided by the hotel to get to the hotel. Surface is very efficient. There’s a small shopping outlet nearby which has a limited range of shops When I book the hotel, I noticed it was a swimming pool but didn’t expect to have to pay extra to use it Overall, if I was to come back through Lima with a 10 hour stopover, I would’ choose to stay in the Miafiores area rather than in this hotel"

"When we checked in the front desk staff informed me that although I had requested an oceanfront room and because I used Hotels.com they couldn’t give me a room with only a king bed as requested. So they gave me a room with double beds, but oceanfront. I have ALWAYS had the BEST experiences with JW, however, this time the floors of our room were dirty. The robe had chocolate on the sleeve and it appeared the room had not been dusted in a while. Truly a let down. So now I wonder if it’s worth using hotels.com if I will receive less quality service at the properties for not going through them"
