"Our stay was exceptional, everything was maintained and very clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly , Pool was very relaxing, also had a counter to either rent a car or plan an excursion, which was very helpful. The breakfast was great wide variety of food and beverages. We were extremely happy with our stay. Very clean, quiet and comfortable, would most definitely stay again. Thank you."

"The hotel is very clean and the pool area and gardens are immaculate, food was quite good and priced reasonably. The hotel bathroom's while clean does look alittle dated , and the friendliness of the staff was mixed.....natalie was exceptional in the main restaurant and many of the service staff were friendly and helpful......however a few were not , and seemed actively disrespectful. So overall i have mixed feelings about this hotel "

"This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and wow it did not dissapoint. It is always a pleasure to stay here inbetween my travels at San Jose, the food is delicious, the beds and bedrooms are super comfy, clean and modern. The pool and gym facilities are fantastic too and the staff give a 10/10 service. I am especially grateful to Lucia and the team at Hilton Garden Inn City Mall as during my stay this time I got sick and required medical assitance, which the hotel promptly arranged for me and they even called once the medical team left my room to check in on me and offer further assistance. As a solo traveller this put my mind even more at ease. I'm really not sure why its a 3 star hotel in my opinion it should really be a 4-5 because the overall service and experience is outstanding. I will certainly be booking to return on my next travels to Costa Rica in the future!"

"Helpful and friendly staff (shuttle bus driver, front counter staff, and cleaning team). The breakfast (costs extra) was incredibly plentiful. Room was comfortable for the value I paid."
