"This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. I was pretty much going to ignore that because you can't beat the room price, and everything else was acceptable. I happened to walk by the front desk, and the attendant asked...

The garbage cans weren’t dumped in the common area the whole time we were there, our in room coffee maker was broken and when I went to the lobby to get some I was informed they were out of coffee and changing vendors.
