There is bugs in the room and mentioned it to the front desk and he offered to change the rooms but did state that he can not guarantee there is not any in the room that he puts us in… He came and sucked some out with the shop vacuum and then advised that it’s usually more than that in they room…I also killed some as well and then by the time that happened more appeared.. Definitely not satisfied and will not recommend anyone or will not return to this establishment.. This is unacceptable

The room was nasty! There was hair in the bed, stains on the walls. The bathroom door was broken and when you tried to open it, it would rub against the floor real bad. The shower mat had some kind of pink stuff on it. We didn’t even take a shower. In traveling a lot for work, this was one of the nastiest rooms I and my wife have stayed in.
