"Really nice breakfast selection. I think they were having an issue with some of the AC units. Some areas a little musty. Staff was very professional."

"Paid for an upgraded suite only to be told at check in - the room had never been cleaned and we were downgraded to a small room with only 2 beds for 3 adults. At first, we were offered a room with one king bed, so at least grateful for the second option. We were still charged the upgraded price and told to speak with a manager in the morning. Upon arrival to our room, our door clearly had evidence of being tampered with as shown in picture. Only to enter and find No blankets and some weird...

"Very clean, quiet, and roomy. Bathroom was very large and spotless. Breakfast was very good. Pancakes, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. as usual. But the mini spinach-egg-cheese cups were delicious with real bacon."

Overall very quiet in the bedroom very clean linens and plenty of hot water. Steph was really great as well. Helped me with several issues."

"The staff was very nice. Room was clean. We stayed in a double queen with a kitchenette for 2 nights. The window only had blinds, no black out shades so we had the lights of the parking lot and highway 70 in our room all night. As well as the noise of the highway. Even with the AC and fan set on high. The kitchenette it very nice but completely empty, not a spoon, plate, bowl or a coffee pot. There is a community coffee pot on the first floor of the lobby. "Room in poor condition, lacking in security (room service was a fail and left our room open while taking lunch break then didn’t even fully service the room), pool was very tiny, cold, and water smelled over treated. Front desk staff was friendly. Parking was good."
