"This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Oberammergau. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed here in 2023 and again this past July in 2025. The hotel is conveniently located in Oberammergau and is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. If we ever return to Oberammergau we would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall, Alte Postvilla is a wonderful place to stay. It's directly across from the train and bus stop, as well as the grocery and convenience stores. Frühstück bot eine reiche Auswahl und auf Wunsch wurde einauch ein Spiegelei zubereitet. Abendessen sehr lecker und Preis/Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall. Auch die Massage war super.
