"Het was prima Hotel maar ver van de stad ."

"The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride."

"The property had stunning views, the staff were lovely but we hoped the pool had been a little cleaner (it did have a robot pool vacuum but it didn't reach all spots). Rooms could do with a safe. Overall we'd definitely return."

"Reason for stay was that we landed late at night & didn’t want to arrive at our city centre apartment in the dark & when contact with owners were limited. Map shows it being a short walk from the terminal; however, that is as the crow flies - walking would take 2hrs when we mapped it out. There is a free shuttle to the train station & then into Rome but it wasn’t clear how to get it & the bus drivers not helpful. We ended up getting a taxi for which we were charged €25 - he said it was minimum...

"Overall it was a great place. I was disappointed about a few things, but i prefer to write them so other costumers do not fall under the same trap that create expectations. When i book, i always look at the Icons of inclusions, for commodity i always look for a place that included breakfast, Adoro displays it just as Breakfast, turns out it was not included, it is ok it is not a huge difference in money it is just the surprise and inconvenience, same goes for Shuttle to the Airport, i took this...

"We stayed at this hotel as a group of nine and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding. The complimentary shuttle picked us up from the metro station and was always available whenever we needed a ride back. We had an early check-out, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared packed breakfasts for us to take along. They also arranged our taxi to the airport, which made our departure completely stress-free. During the hot summer days, we really appreciated that...

"Fantastic staff and hotel"

"The hotel was super clean and Christina who was there during my 4 nights stay, was the kindest and most helpful ever. They offer free water, free coffee and plenty of snacks all at no charge. She gave me very helpful instructions information and would actually draw everything on the map to guide me in the city. If you want a budget friendly clean hotel while in Rome, I 100% recommend this hotel."
