However after getting settled in we saw signs posted on elevator that the fire department was coming for two hours the following day and would be setting off alarms and then would have to enter each room to shut them off individually. "Great facility - very nice employees - but it is now in need of some remodeling as the rooms are looking dated. Also, if you stay in an odd numbered room, you are right across the street from the I5 interstate. If you are a light sleeper, you will not get any sleep. Hotel needs to invest on thicker windows and more wall insulation on that side. Breakfast, pool and exercise room are good."

"I was happy with this stay. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating, which is absent in most hotels. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast! Air and heating worked very well. Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel to stay at. Rosa is a great manager and has staff that's been with her for years."

"I have stayed previously and it was great! This time there were noisy children in the hall, someone sent them bsckvto their room. The room I had (222) had a door to an anointing room. Someone was trying to open it!! I had it fully secured but still felt uneasy. I didn't get to sleep until after midnight with traveling the next day!"

"The area is very ran down and they charge a two hundred dollar deposit that I did not have at the time. They wouldn’t refund my money so my child and I had to sleep in the car on a frozen night. What a terrible thing to have to go through. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves."

"They've been remodeling for years and that was not disclosed on the Expedia sight when I booked. Construction equipment and plastic tarps and drywall everywhere. Just uncomfortable and awkward. The room was nice though. Although for being handicapp accessasble our room was very far away from the elevator. "

"There were homeless people in the lobby during breakfast getting food, and several guests walking around at the dining area without shoes on during breakfast. "

"Room dirty. Toilet seat and shower curtain broken, whole building is falling to pieces. Look elsewhere, we decided not to sleep here as the bed had stains on and the room smelt awful and area felt unsafe."
