We had 2 rooms. The cheaper one (1 Double Bed - City View) was actually quite big with a working AC. The experience in this room was satisfactory. The more expensive one (1 Queen Bed - City View) was small, had a broken ceiling lamp that was hanging for dear life above the bed. We were afraid it would fall on us, so we reported this problem to the (hard to find) staff and they were able to temporarily secure it with a zip tie, which was sketchy but okay. Also in that room, there was a loud window AC unit, but it wasn’t cooling the air at all. Likely broken. We understand that issues can happen and I think it would have been ideal if they had told and compensated us for them proactively upon our arrival. Disappointingly, these issues with this room weren’t known to the staff prior.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons immédiatement constaté qu’elle ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées sur le site. La chambre était poussiéreuse à plusieurs endroits, les meubles étaient usés et égratignés, la literie semblait vieille, et la télévision était minuscule, à peine la taille d’un écran d’ordinateur. La cafetière en plastique faisait très bas de gamme. De plus, la connexion Wi-Fi était difficile à établir et le signal restait très faible durant tout notre séjour.

Service à l'accueil parfaite L'extérieur avec terrasse bord de l'eau vraiment plaisant Chambre tranquille lit et oreiller inconfortables pour le souper au restaurant nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes à 19:30 hrs nous avons eu notre table à 20:15 hrs nous avons reçus de l'eau et apres 45 min d'attente nous sommes parties bien déçu... pour le brunch du lendemain matin c'était parfait La microbrasserie sur place est extraordinaire

Chambre complètement dénudé, toute blanche et aucune décorations qui ne correspondait en aucun aux photos du site internet. (pas de porte au garde robe avec 3 supports) pas de tables et lampes de chevet. Bas de lit extrêmement sale. Dégât d'eau sur le plancher à notre arrivée que nous avons du nettoyer nous même car pas de service de conciergerie. (la jeune fille de la réception nous a donné une serviette de bain pour que nous puissions nous même nettoyer). Très petite chambre extrêmement bruyante. Prix offert par l'hôtel(122.07$)moins dispendieux que payé avec Expédia à 148.88$) et aucun déjeuné inclue. Expérience extrêmement décevante.
