"The breakfast was ok, average, however the space is too small for the number of people they have staying on weekend. The lines were long, at a variety of times, no staff were cleaning tables, people did not have anywhere sit to and eat. It was extremely chaotic and messy. The gym is your average small hotel space. But, unfortunately there is no fresh water. They have a container with water sitting out, in the smelly gym that appears it has been sitting for days and not changed or the container...

"Very clean and new. Loved the suite for all the family and pet friendly with a dog run and even EV chargers. The only things missing in the kitchenette was a kettle, paper towels, cutlery, dishwater, etc. Also, we couldn't the room phone or TV's to work. Otherwise, we loved our stay, felt safe and would 100% stay there again. "

"Beautiful location, 30 minutes away from anything in Kamloops, misleading advertisement, they said breakfast was included. Then when we arrived, they told us that breakfast was not included, and it was only coffee and a muffin."

"The room seemed clean. However it was really loud with traffic and guests. Sounded like there were rats in walls. Tv didnt work. Pool was really small compared to what we seen online. Only good thing is it had a good continental."

"Stayed here a few times. We've always like it. This time our room was located on the west side of the building. There is a major road up the hillside on that side, and a lot of truck traffic. It was noisy until almost midnight, and started again around 5:00 am. They should supply earplugs (or install better windows) when they provide rooms on that side of the building. We won't stay there again if we get assigned to that side."

"The train was annoying at first once you get it in you head. It could be gunshots (im from usa) or sirens or alot of homeless outside it's not bad and EZ to tuen out. The park was great. Room was awesome.(water actually got hot!!) The breakfast....meh. rather microwave sausage patties and some frozen waffles. Not sure what was being served but im also not that fancy. .Overall really good experience. Also...took me a few days to realize there's underground parking for thw hotel..thats on me tho.."

"Room 214. Clean comfortable bed. Spacious room with a view. Hot tub drain leaked water very slowly but we could still enjoy it. Good location with food options and mini mall across the street. We didn't use the mini kitchen amenities, but if you do, bring your own cutlery/plates etc. We were happy with the accomodation and would stay there again."

"Let me start with the staff here is amazing. The history of the building is really cool. The main floor, hallways and main bathrooms are clean. The food is okay. Upon entering our room, we noticed that it was dated ( but its a super old hotel so we went with it) There was a bit too much furniture in the living room area and no tv. The mini fridge kept the drinks cool. There was a tv in the bedroom, but we like watching from the living room area...but that is our preference. The linens were all...
