They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Google maps takes drivers through a way that is impassable so be careful when getting a grab here. Hotel has a lot of construction happening which made it hard to relax in the day, but this didnt take away from our stay here. Location is awesome, between Ho lua old town and close to trang an and tam coc. Staff were the best!!"
