"An extremely quick and friendly welcome and check in, especially as we arrived around 10:30pm after a busy day out and about. Room was large and welcoming, nicely decorated and with three large opening windows for us to control air to the room and a required temperature. Breakfast was self serve and there was a good enough choice and it was a great start / set up for the day. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. "The room was very difficult to find. The floors of the hotel were like a maze. You had to go to the second floor to come back up the corridor to get to the first floor. We got lost and took us a while to find the room. The receptionist did say it was confusing to find, so they are aware of it, would be helpful if they had someone to take you to your room as its not straight forward. "Pub "across the road" is misleading, as it was down the way a fair bit, and the road is extremely busy and fast. The "B&B" is misleading, as there was no breakfast, just tea and biscuits in the room. The tiniest room I've ever seen, but adequate for one thin person. The bathroom sink plumbing had no mixer. The shower water went cold suddenly, but did return to very warm after a short wait. The place was clean and surprisingly quiet. The "7 minute" walk to the airport is easily twice that,...

"Swift arrival formalities. Courteous, cheerful and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel, including those seeing to the bedrooms. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast, Good parking arrangements, Departure was as swift and effortless as the arrival. The only things that let it down, was the annexe we stayed in, could of done with a bit of updating and an iron. But other than that i would advise staying in one of the rooms inside the hotel.
