"The pool is small, and the towels in the pool area were never stocked. We had to ask for towels all 3 times we used it. Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging. I had to alert staff who didn’t take it as serious as it should be. Eventually someone found me a working smoke detector. The room was clean on the surface but smelled musty. "Breakfast fruit was always rotten, milk was spoiled several times. Staff lied to me repeatedly and was exceptionally rude. Room was constantly dirty, had trouble getting fresh linens. People were repeatedly in my room during the day and I received no service on those days. One day returned to find my bed messed up and lights in the bathroom were still on. "

"The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it. "

"We were right across the street from Central Park. Also, close to I95. No real amenities just coffee and hot water in the morning and they did have an ice machine . It covered all that we required and the staff was accommodating and friendly."
