We stopped here driving home from Florida to NY. We didn’t plan our stop ahead of time and decided to just drive until we were tired. The hotel was clean but very old, dated and dingy. There was a free breakfast that was average- waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, etc. The woman on staff at the breakfast center seemed annoyed we were there, we got there at 9am and were the only ones there, breakfast was served until 9:30, maybe she had already cleaned up thinking there wouldn’t be any more guests? The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Honest review, I would not stay here again unless I absolutely had to. A step up from a motel but definitely not what I would consider “nice”. We will definitely plan ahead next time.

Pool area was very dirty, water was so cloudy it looked like milk. Breakfast was good until we saw the breakfast attendant sit on a chair , wipe her shoe down then went and wiped a table with the same cloth rag absolutely disgusting! Have to say the gentleman who ran the front desk was very nice he came and fixed our tv that wasn’t working it only took over an hour. I guess for the convenience of being across the street from kings dominion it was good!

The front desk staff was not very happy. We booked two rooms and had to go back twice since we were told that rooms were connected but they didn’t offer this type of room. Breakfast was the basic contentinal breakfast. It was very close to Kings Dominion which was nice.

We stayed 2 nights while going to King’s Dominion. Unpin arrival, the toilet in our room was blocked up. I had to call the front desk 3 times (hours apart) to get a plunger. One of the keys to our room didn’t work both nights despite being re-scanned a few times. Breakfast area is very small and was extremely crowded each morning. This hotel was fine for what we needed, but I would not have an extended stay here.

The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience.

We found a few stains on our bed sheets, making it uncomfortable to sleep since we were grossed out. There is a railroad immediately behind the hotel which I was not aware of, otherwise we would have have booked it. I’m so upset since I booked this hotel as a means to rest from a long road trip. From the gross bed to the noisy train, we did not get as much rest as intended.

Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent! I loved how the King room I was in was separate from the rest of the room with its own door. Room had 2 tv’s.

Room was not clean. There was hairs everywhere restroom was little dirty. Pictures in the website was not the same as i saw them. Carpet in the room was uglier. Pool was nasty gym was closed. Not as i aspected.

The staff was great , she was very friendly and helpful! The room was nice but needs some repairs had broken and loose floor tiles in bathroom in front of tub! The dresser where the mini fridge is is falling apart and there was trash and food under the bed near the head board!!! But everything else was good

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel and to request appropriate compensation due to multiple inconveniences that significantly affected our experience. Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay did not meet expected hospitality standards: • The pool water was extremely cold and did not appear to be properly maintained, which prevented us from using an amenity we specifically chose the hotel for. • The television in the room was disconnected and difficult to set up, and the remote control had no batteries upon arrival. • Breakfast service was delayed due to a late delivery and was incomplete, missing standard items such as yogurt and other advertised offerings. Despite asking whether any alternative breakfast could be provided, none was made available, and we ultimately could not participate in breakfast at all. • The room cleanliness and overall hygiene standards were below expectations, and the furniture appeared very dated. • Additionally, the train tracks located directly behind the hotel created excessive noise throughout the night. This was not disclosed in advance, and the noise level made it extremely difficult for us to sleep. As a result, we were unable to rest properly, did not receive the full breakfast service, and could not use the pool facilities we had planned to enjoy. Overall, the stay fell far short of what was advertised and expected. Therefore , I would appreciate hotel’s/ or yoour compensation
