"Stellar staff, immaculate, even the sheets smelled fantastic!"

"The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced"

"Swimming pool closed for maintenance. Elevators were not functioning and in spite of begging for a room on the first floor, we were sent to the third floor! We advised them I have two torn meniscus and my husband also has ligament issue with his left knee, but to no avail. *****The cleaning staff was excellent, especially Legna, the supervisor, who went above and beyond to make sure all was well with us. The young lady at the dining room was also excellent! *****KUDOS TO THOSE TWO! "

"Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back"

"The property is dated. The staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. The rooms themselves needed work, though serviceable. It served our purpose...a place to stay. Otherwise, nothing memorable except the couple of cockroaches we had as roommates, and the dated heating units were loud. "

"The room was still dirty, sheets were heavily stained and soiled. The beds were not put together properly (fitted sheet and flat sheet only on beds, no blankets of any sort) and one pillow per bed. One of the pillows had dried blood on it. Phone did not work, no batteries in the remote, AC smelled musty and gross when the air was turned on. We left immediately after checking in. "

"In the area for a sports tournament. This Inn was easy to get to and located near several restaurants and stores. Parking right outside our room was super convenient. The room was great - having everything one would need. The extra sink was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again especially because the price was far better than the larger chain hotels in the area."

"Had a quick one night stay. I wasnt feeling well so I basically checked in and crawled into bed. Bed was comfy; plenty of tv channels to choose from. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean. I didnt think the fridge was working at 100%, but it kept my food cold overnight. The breakfast was typical, however for me everything was a bit undercooked. The hashbrowns were not brown at all. I heard another guest ask if the sausages were cooked, so I'm guessing they werent brown either. (Note that...
