"Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. "Had a great time at Afissos Blu Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea. Just down the street are a number of tavernas and shops. The little village is quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was our host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were gifted a jar of homemade honey before we left and felt right at home during our stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars!"

"The hotel itself it minimal & modern.which was lovely However our inland view was of a huge rock face absolutely no view at all so didn't inspire my husband and I to sit on the balcony on an evening. We ask if we could move several times but " no other rooms available apart from the next room which had the exact view !! "Everything about this property is fantastical. I’m glad I chose it and I had a wonderful stay. Room clean and tidied up daily including refreshed bowls and cutlery as needed. All the rooms are close together but give 90% illusion of privacy so that was really great as well. Bed reset was daily. The sunrise view deserves a special mention. Highly recommend and I would stay there again."

"The beach was further away than what was described and the “road” was not an actual road. The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road. Towels were never changed, sheets never changed, never sweeper or mopped the room and we stayed for a decent time.
