"the staff was lovely, the place was spotless, great continental breakfast included and access to kitchenette and complementary tea, coffee was so convenient. Room was a bit small but had a comfortable bed. the washroom was quite large and had nice warm towels. The launch area and the amenities more than compensated for it."

"It was just ok. Very basic room, small but very bare amenities. Bathroom vent very noisy. Towel warmer had wires hanging out and no decor on walls, but seemed clean. The view was good but the price we paid was too much for the quality of room."

"Firstly room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good. However the Hotel badly needs an update. The heater on bedroom wall needed replaced, a light fitting on the ceiling was hanging loose, the interior fixture and fittings need replaced with new ones, the shower cubicle barely big enough. Ok for a one night stay but couldn’t have stayed another night."

"Everything was absolutely perfect and cannot fault anything. Natalie , the host , was so kind , professional and friendly and could not do enough to help our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends without hesitation. The place is well decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice was amazing with lots of unexpected surprises such as fresh home made cake in our room each day. "

"Das Haus ist ruhig, aber abseits in Whitebridge gelegen und stilvoll eingerichtet. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass mein Zimmer keine Sitzgelegenheiten hatte und das Frühstück sehr bescheiden war. Zusätzliche Speisen, wie Eierspeisen sind nur gegen relativ hohe Aufpreise von mehr als 10£ möglich"

"This is a pleasant hotel. The town it was located in had few options to eat elsewhere. They were not open for lunch but we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. They cater to groups but they made sure to reserve us a table out of the way."
