"This is our 2nd stay here, location and proximity to cruise ports is essential for our stay. I would highly recommend this property, Reba who is the attendant at breakfast is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure your breakfast and stay is a positive experience."

"Walking in the hotel you're struck by the highly perfumed cleaning materials being used. The halls have one strong smell and the rooms have an equally strong cleaning material smell which clashes with the hall. The hotel allows dogs which is fine but one near our room howled, apparently left alone. Finally our room was under rooms being occupied by a family who experienced a fire in their home. While we felt bad for them the kids were honestly bouncing a basket ball in the room. Not a pleasant...

"It was fairly easy to get to But our room had a terrible smell, and we could not get rid of it, and there were no changing rooms cause there weren’t any others available. So it stunk all night, not sure why."

"This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we...

"I was just there for a quick overnight between flying in and sailing out. The property and room were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative that I found was that, while there was a mini-kitchen area, with small fridge and microwave, there was no access to any sort of items to use the microwave. Not even a paper towel to place something on while heating it. A paper plate and set of plastic utensils would have made all the difference. With this in mind,...
