"Don’t use Expedia took me over an hour to check in because I paid them the full amount, including taxes and they only sent the motel they out for the room didn’t cover Taxes when Expedia was called. They told me just pay taxes again."

"The room was clean. One side of my king size bed had a huge dip and was very uncomfortable but the other side was comfortable. The breakfast was cold and the microwave looked like it was falling apart so I’ve had much better breakfast. The staff was nice except for when I was getting ready to leave they maid went into my room while I was putting my things into my car and brought my purse to the front desk. I was not happy about that at all."

"I asked to check in early about 1.5 hours early they didn't check just said I needed to wait. I asked for a receipt upon checking out and they couldn't print one. Other than that the hotel was clean and well kept. Great deal."

"We had a few issues with our room with the tub and issues with housekeeping not really fully cleaning the room or leaving things behind like toilet paper so we would have to call downstairs. Another issue was twice during our stay. "The breakfast is good. The staff was helpful and we had everything that we needed. It is very close to Nashville Shores and there were several stores right there in the same parking lot basically. There was the situation of having a broken elevator and there were a couple of cleanliness issues that we noticed, but they weren’t dealbreakers"
