"The property is clean but need a little update. The staff and service is awesome, easy check in and out process. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but found a small bug in the living room. I didn’t use the kitchen area but looks clean and ready to be use."

"Staff are good and accomodating. Parking is extra and paid another 400 pesos separately that is not mentioned upon booking. Room is smelly, no toilet tissue, must bring your own. Also, there electrical cords/wirings are visible and it has some safety concerns. Overall, all of these gaps must be mentioned upon booking so I can choose the right living space. Be transparent."

"Accessible to all. Bus station 3 min via walking. Grand canal and grand canal mall is 3 min walk too. Daily cleaning. SM AURA ,uptown mall, and market market is nearby via taxi. Chapel with sat amd sunday mass located at grand canal mall. Food and restaurant around the corner. Much better than to go to Hongkong in BGC. . In BGC, You feel like you are in a different country."

"The room was clean with enough storage space. The shower had excellent water flow and washing supplies available. Room was on the 35th floor but the lift was very quick. The breakfast space was limited in size. Staff were very polite and helpful, thanks to them "
