"This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL"

I would just train the wait staff a bit more we were waiting a long time to have our orders taken and than we wanted to order dessert but it toke too long. Even to get our check we had to ask three people"

"Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated. There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night. "This place so beautiful especially because you had the view of the mountains. The pool was relaxing and having breakfast included was very convenient to start our day and head out. The staff were attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed this stay especially because you are close to plenty activities as well."

"We stayed here after hiking the Santa Ana Volcano. We were able to use the thermal pools for our aching bodies and got a massage a the spa. The food was not great but the service was good. Crazy roads leading up to the hotel as well. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating and the pools were great."
