"I was able to check in just before 3pm. I was given a room but when I got to the room, it was still being cleaned. So, I had to return to the front desk to let them know. The front desk apologized and issued me another room. Otherwise, my stay was great. Room was clean and eclectic. This was probably the third time I've stayed here so obviously I would definitely recommend. Although I have not dined at the restaurant."

"The bathtub in our room had massive amounts of rust around the faucets and there was what looked to be mold on the caulking of the bathtub. Parts of the grout were missing. The hot tub was barely warm, there was dirt and debris at the bottom and when the jets of the pool were turned on there was massive amounts of “brown” dirty bubbles that came out. There was also a very strong chemical smell from the hot tub, we got out immediately after noticing these issues. "
"We rented a room with the intention of taking our kids swimming, well they didnt even last 20min because the water was disgusting, it was dirty smelly and to top it off full of hairs. The room was pretty good although they could scrub down the shower floor a little better. "
"The location of the hotel is great and the ambiance is excellent in the common areas. The property has ample parking.The front desk clerk was short and didn’t go over the amenities of the hotel until we inquired. We asked about level 5 and the associate said the restaurant should be able to accommodate us but took no further steps to help us? We decided to go somewhere else. The staff in general didn’t acknowledge us or greet us throughout our stay—it was very odd. The room was nice but a bit dusty. Our room was not cleaned the second day of our stay. Not sure why we would have to request basic stay over service. Not the service we expected based on the price and reviews. "
