"As soon as I had arrived, i had noticed the toilet was leaking, there was what looked like dead skin and a urine stain on the sheets in the only bed available in the room. On top of that the people in the next door over were screaming and banging stuff. Not to mention is sounds like you guys have a pigeon problem in your roof. So please for the love of god, close and never reopen.
