"The hotel was clean and maintained. The bathroom might be outdated but was very clean."

"The Viv was a great place to stay. We came here for my niece and nephews birthday and they were able to leave balloons with a Mickey and Minnie in the room when we were checking in. Made the kiddos feel super special. The restaurant was good but same options everyday. Just wished there was a little more variety. Parking and transportation were super easy and staff was very nice. The only downside for me was the park view. The pictures made it look a lot closer but it’s actually pretty far out. The upside was we had a great view of the park fireworks every night."

"Staying at Howard Johnson is great. From customer service lobby. You will greet by amazing crew especially named Rachel l, very friendly and great customer experience. Room is great with Disney vibes! The only thing maybe is the adult pool need a little bit clean. And maybe add an own dining experience area. Overall everything is good! "

"I would like to give a shout out to the man who was working a janitorial position today. He helped me put together my stroller and was soooo kind. Property is an excellent value. I really appreciate the little 24/7 store they have on property. Very clean, excellent staff, and walking distance to the parks. Bring conditioner bc they only have shampoo:conditioner combos. This isn’t a fancy place, but it’s an excellent value. "

"Was there for daughter’s college graduation. Located near venue, lovely rooms and amenities. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff will be back as we will be going to Disneyland plans in the next few months."
