"The front desk staff was very accommodating, provided a much-appreciated early check-in. We reserved a suite because we were traveling with my mother who required a separate bed. When we returned late to the room, anxious to get settled in and to sleep, we discovered no pillows, sheets, blankets, or anything to make up the sofa bed. Also, the indoor pool and spa are located on the first floor and they allow it to remain open 24 HOURS A DAY, so all night long kids were running in and out of the room next to us, slamming the door, screaming, and running wild. What a horrible night’s sleep! Ugh. On top of all that, there was no hairdryer or ironing board. Will never stay here again. "

"There was a 1/2” crack around the door. I could see daylight. The walls were thin, I could hear the guy next door talking in his phone to a woman. Staff was nice."
