Razoável

Hotel padrão, bom café da manhã, facil acesso. Algumas opções para jantar na avenida em frente, ha restaurante no hotel também. Outra opção é o shopping próximo. Vedacao de som podia ser melhor, mas apos 23h o ruido diminui bastante, da pra dormir bem. Travesseiros pedindo troca, bem compactados.

A experiência não foi tão agradável, camas de casal são duas camas de solteiros, no meio da noite elas se dividem, box do banheiro com os rejuntes mofados e sem local para colocar shampoo e condicionador , café da manhã com pouca variedade e com copos plásticos descartáveis. Foi bem decepcionante 😔

Hotel executivo muito bom, fui com minha família pra realizar um curso em lajeado e fui muito bem atendido. Quarto confortável, limpo e com bom banho. Café da manhã simples e gostoso. Hotel sem muita infraestrutura, como piscina, academia… a localização é boa, mas necessita carro para se deslocar para restaurantes e shopping. Pra quem busca um bom quarto é um bom atendimento é a melhor opção da região.

Pontos a melhorar

No sexto andar, havia um cheiro um pouco desagradável, aparentemente vindo do encanamento. Para os dias frios também deveria ter uma coberta mais quente, pra não precisarmos usar o ar no máximo. A equipe é ótima.

É o que temos na região...

Hotel básico. A recepção sempre está bem atrapalhada, desorganizada, nada é ágil quando precisamos passar pela recepção. O pessoal da Cozinha é mau humorado, parecem estar contando as horas para ir embora. O serviço de quarto não faz o básico. Deixamos toalhas de rosto no chão do banheiro para serem trocadas e foram simplesmente penduradas de volta esticadinhas para secar. Eram as mesmas com as mesmas manchas. Precisa melhorar muito o atendimento de uma forma geral. Lajeado precisa de uma outra opção de hotel e preferencialmente com academia.
