Hotel murah di Lake Bluff

"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."

"The room was clean and we had a great view of airplanes flying overhead, however, the windows were so filthy you could barely see outside. The front desk staff were on their phones and seemed bothered at check in and check out. Breakfast was the standard fare and the dining room was clean and hostess friendly."

"Upon arrival, the concierge was extremely rude during check-in, but her attitude changed once her manager walked by. The rest of the staff was very friendly, especially the bartender at the restaurant. He made sure everyone who sat down felt welcomed and taken care of. I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating, but unfortunately our room was extremely hot. No matter how many times we adjusted the air conditioning, the room still felt like a sauna.
