"The good : well located with easy highway access to Route 81, Watertown, Sackets Harbor, and the Thousand Islands region within 10 to 25 minutes. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Good desk staff (when they are there). The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was almost non-functional - meaning too weak."

"This hotel is a little beat up and could use a refresher but the location is great and the price was fair. Bed was comfortable, nice sheets and towels."

"Our stay for two night was a bit trematic on our part. Our car broke down and we were forced to rent a car to get back home 2 hours away. The staff and especially the airport shuttle driver were awesome and helpful. So willing to assist us with all of our needs. We really appreciated all their care they extended. The room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again on our next visit."

"We traveled here with our young children. This hotel is quite new, and very clean. We got a room with 3 beds, which was game changing for us so no one was sharing. The room was plenty big for 4 people. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a beautiful hotel right on the water. We had a gorgeous room on the fourth floor with 2 queen beds and jacuzzi. We got lucky and had a corner room that had 2 balconies and a full view of the river and some of the islands and castles. They also have 2 restaurants and a bar, with docking for anyone coming in by boat. I would absolutely book this hotel again!!!"
