"I was given the choice to upgrade my room to better view room. We decided to do the upgrade instead of viewing the parking lot. Our view was not better. It basically was blocked by canopies and it did not include a balcony so we basically paid 90 bucks for nothing. No breakfast options really and there was a convention there so trying to get around the property to do swimming activities and stuff like that. Security wasn’t very nice. Couldn’t really navigate through the hotel very well."

"We loved everything about this hotel! We made the long trip from Australia and the Drury the was the perfect way to ease into a big trip. It was peaceful, the staff were absolutely amazing and the facilities had everything we needed. The shuttle was so handy and to walk to Disney Springs was also good - the highlight was the free breakfast, drinks and supper. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. "

"This was my second stay at this property. We were placed in the Island bldg. The good...the resort is close to Disney Springs, just a short walk. The negative....loud music playing at the pool (contemporary pop) all day could be clearly heard in our room on the 5th floor all day long. Napping was impossible. Staff at the pool did nothing about kids running through the center island of plants in the lazy river and dragging dirt and bark into the pool as well as jumping on people. Early morning staff using gas powered lawn equipment to trim and leaf blow the pool area at 7am. Nice alarm..not. How about proving your staff electrical equipment that is more quiet? 4x4 tiles outside hotel door made excessive noise ALL night and day when people would pass by the room with luggage."
