"Did not get the room I booked and had to wait 2 hours before checking in. The water dripped all day in the shower. The food was garbage. The best thing at the resort was the water park, pool and hot tub. "

"Hotel is fantastic price great location great amenities the hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. They even had an on-site restaurant with good pricing in good menu items.. our room, particularly the outlets weren’t working like the hairdryer that leads to the lamp to plug in your iPhones and such but we were too lazy to calm down to the front desk to have them fix it. And the sliders to the bathroom we’re broke so we couldn’t close them all the way, but I never complained so I’m sure they would’ve switched rooms if I asked.. "

"Food and options were not good. 6th floor was dirty for the first 2 days of our stay. Nothing to do during rainy days. Rooms are far from everything. Would notk"

"We found a surprise washing machine/dryer combo in our suite which was awesome. Loved the Illy cafe machine in the lobby. Kind of weird having elevators only at the end of long hallways. The fragrance they pump into the hotel is not that great. The remodel was pretty good, but in the shower there is almost nowhere to put toiletries and the little tubes they give you are always falling. Got room service from K Bistro and do NOT recommend it. The portions were super tiny and overpriced. "
