"This was the perfect place for us to stay. We rented a car and were a bit concerned about parking in a small town but the parking was so easy! The staff was kind and welcoming and the room was more room than we needed. Plus we had a balcony. The breakfast was excellent and the “appetizer” meal at 4:30 was a welcome relief. "It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated how well they took care of us. However, I would warn other guests not to underestimate the Passo Della Mauria on the way into Forni di Sopra, especially in the winter. "

"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "Great location on the main road through town. It was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t too bad! The staff was very friendly and helpful with check-in and when we had some room card problems. The provided breakfast was amazing!!! Much more than expected with many choices! Room had a fantastic view of the mountains!"
