They assired me they will hold a room close to elevators. We checked in around 11pm, the lobby entrance door opens but you need a room key to enter through the second door or you pick up the phone and it calls the lobby staff who will open the door for you. At check in I verified our room request and it was met. Room was two queen...

"The unique about the room is that I did not see any thing to drink. No water bottles or something else and the information say what are incluyed but I was happy."

"Very good"

"The breakfast was excellent. Two eggs cooked to order + thick bacon + hashbrowns along with all the usual hotel breakfast items. They also had a cappichino machine, not just plain coffee. A yogurt dispenser. Really this would have cost me $25 anywhere else in Palm Springs but came free with my stay!"

"Great, comfortable stay easy access to freeway. The staff was nice. Continental breakfast was great. The bed was exceptional."

"Overall me and my wife had a pleasant stay. We will definitely be staying here again."

"First time stay at this location, clean, updated room, good rate, staff, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, roomy, Quiet, safe, good breakfast. In town for a concert, plenty of parking for a late night return. I will definitely return when in town again."
