"The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. "

"Shower water pressure was Extremely low and was ridiculous. I said something to the front desk and they said that it was probably due to others taking a shower at the same time. I told them I showered before 5am and didn’t think everyone was showering at that time. The amount of water was literally dripping out with no pressure at all."

"The exterior of the building looks nice and freshly painted. The lobby furniture was so dirty and gross , elevator was dirty. All carpets and ceiling were stained . Bed sheets were clean, the sofa and the room stunk, stains and dirt all over the walls and floor. I don’t remember I have ever stayed at a worse hotel/ motel than this place ."

"Clean spacious rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Always enjoy having the breakfasts that are offered in the morning. That is a major plus !"

"When I arrived to the property, it was a strong smell of gas entering into the entryway to the front desk. The staff that was at the front desk greeted me she was nice however, things were not organized and the property does not have proper parking space for the amount of guest the property allows. There was no where for me to park once coming back , I had to park across the walk way at another hotel parking lot."

"When we arrived we found out our reservation was no longer available. It was for a ADA room that we needed. Because it was late and we'd been on the road all day, we agreed to a room change. The room was on the 4th floor and you had to go through the lobby, elevator to 4th floor, outside to get to the room. Had difficulty opening the door because the carpeting is so high. The room appeared OK, except for the loose toilet seat. I had on white socks and by the time I reached the back of the room...
