"The hotel amenities are modern and the grounds are well maintained. The volcan views are amazing. The food options are varied from typical meals to international ones for all tastes. The room are spacious and very comfortable. Overall a great experience at a very affordable price. If you're walking the volcan trail in the morning I definitely recommend to stay at the hotel to rest, enjoy the food and views after the walk!"

"This is such a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. However, the rooms where my family and I stayed were not as clean. There were dead bugs along the window ledge. The night stands had dust. The bedsheets in one of the rooms had hair in them, and I also found a dead bug in the bed by the pillow. The worst part of it all was the shower. They gave me a room with a broken showerhead, and when I found out, the staff had not arrived yet and I needed to get ready for my next destination....

"The pool was dirty, the hotel didn’t resemble what I saw online. Everything was old. I would not be staying at this location again. Very disappointed. I paid for a bigger room with more beds and was charge more when I got the property. Not a good a experience. The last night I was there there was a group of people doing karaoke, it was super loud and it when on till 11pm, took a while to get some rest."

"It’s a scam company together with Casa Luna. Paid a 9.4 hotel and got sent to Casa Luna, their low rate hostel. I tried Casa Luna on a previous trip. Unless you noice levels like a Turkish bazar on two sides of your room. A dirty stinky filthy kitchen across and no services at all. Even on my strong complaints the staff gives a damn. No refund offered, no apology. And…. Antique Luna was still available 2 hours later. Scam artists "
