Hotel is inside El Cerro Verde National Park, there’s access to explore the park from 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM. Tours to Volcán Ilamatepec (the tallest volcano) depart from the entrance of park which is at a walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant that has an espectacular view of the Izalco Volcano. Hotel rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable and there’s laundry service available for a fee. All the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I stay here every time I visit the area and a highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome views, cozy rooms, good food, and the staff is extremely friendly, Maria Reyes was excellent! Make sure to pack some cold weather clothing, it gets fairly cold at night.

From the minute we arrived, the property alone was spectacular to see. The convenient ramps for luggage, the assistance from the host to take our luggage, smooth check in, the immaculate room. It was all wonderful. No need to leave. There was a slight thunder storm one night and the water pipes needed to be repaired. The host insured he personally informed us of the issue which was resolved quickly.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They helped us organize our hike to Santa Ana volcano. The hotel was inside the national park and was very convenient. The free breakfast was great. The room was very spacious, included comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was very spacious and modern as well. I would easily stay here again if I visit Santa Ana.

ROOM WAS A LITTLE TO CHILLY FOR ME! BESIDES ACCIDENTALLY GET FED PORK (WHICH I DONT EAT!) EVERYTHING WAS FINE! NICE ROOM & GOOD VIEW! CLEAN & SPACIOUS, MAY VISIT AGAIN OR TRY ONE OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS! THIS ONE SANTA ANA, TY! OH, CANT FORGET THE GUY THAT HELPED ME W/PARKN! YOUR THE BEST!
