"Great location in a quiet and still close to Bellagio Downtown. Air conditioning everywhere and very clean room. Laura has been amazing in receiving us and spending time giving us all the tips from a local person. Available any time you have a question. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared and on time. I recommend the location. You feel well received like family."

"The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very...

"The name describes the hotel perfectly! Situated at the top of Bellagio overlooking the lake, it's charming and beautiful. We loved the fact it was small with just 5 rooms with wonderful staff who were all super helpful & friendly. The pool was lovely after a day exploring & the breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice & wonderfully presented. Thank you for making our stay perfect."

"Best place in Lake Como. Desh and Alicia were great and the owner Elizabeth was so nice and generous. Gave us a ride to our destination in her own car and also helped us with the luggage transportation at no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone."
