"Very pleasant stay overall. The room was large and quiet, with a window overlooking the garden, which made the atmosphere particularly relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new, modern, and spacious.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. It is only about a 10 minute walk down to the city center, which makes it easy to reach everything while still staying in a quieter area.
The only small improvements I would suggest are adding a small table...

"Lovely, quiet stay, good breakfast and breathtaking view! Just a heads-up, there’s no ramp at the entrance, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. A/C wasn’t available during our stay either. The weather was nice for keeping the windows open, but with allergy season, it’s kind of a trade-off: either close the window and deal with the heat, or open it and deal with allergies."

"It’s a small but clean and cute apartment for 1 or 2 people. There are 2 TVs microwave refrigerator and convection stove top. Very modern apartment. Because it’s an apartment and not a hotel room, don’t expect amenity such as toothbrush comb or mouthwash. The bath towels are so small and thin like a wash towels. The host is very busy. But efficient. She will answer your text to keep the workflow. It’s best if you text her a copy of the passport so as she can text you the key lockbox the day...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Quarto Verde apartments. The apartment was very clean and had decent amenities.
The location is in a quiet residential area of Bergamo, about 10 mins walk from the main train station area.
It seemed to us that there were quite a lot of 'elderly' potentially permanent residents staying at Quarto Verde, which was unusual from the usual accommodations we stay in for city breaks, but we had no problem with that and i think those guests with their demeanour, doggy...

"Superb 1 night stay. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean throughout, kitchenette was great (with bottles of still and sparkling water provided) and the bathroom was lovely with the best shower (great pressure and spacious). Would definitely stay here again if we return! "

"Location was good.
The bed was unfortunately so uncomfortable, we both woke up with bad backs. Would say it needs a new mattress. No tv or air-conditioning so did get hot in the room."
