"This Hotel is in a great location, Right by the lake and centre of Como with all its Bars, Resturants and shops, The lady on reception was great (even gave us an upgrade) would definately stay here again (but hopefully this time without the Fire Alarm going off at 4am!)"

"From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was lovely and helpful. In saying that, she was every day and all other staff too. We travel a lot around the world and do not come across this friendliness often. Especially from all staff. So well done HOtel Cyranno. Breakfast was lovely. Train and town a short walk. I would recommend the single bed for the triple room be bigger, it was a very small single, but it wasnt a major issue, just you have the room to put bigger."

"This has been my dream hotel for so long! I am feeling sooo grateful that I got to stay here!! I was wowed from the very first moment I saw the hotel. I was greeted very warmly by the bellman and the greeters. Stephania, Natalia and Luka were so very kind. Stephania was more than helpful to me the entire stay. I came up a lot to ask questions and she handled them with grace!! I saw her throughout the property and she was sooooo nice and welcoming. I felt important there!! Thank you so so so much. Wonderful property, beautiful suites, beautiful pool. My friends thought my pictures were fake because the property was so beautiful!!!!! THANK YOU also for the upgrade!!!!! I have never stayed at a nicer hotel! The breakfast was soooooo amazing as well and even better views!!!"
