"The place in general was pretty, the view was amazing. But the inconvenience of it being high up on the mountain through tiny roads, will keep me from coming back. They offer a shuttle service where they take you up and down in a small fiat car, The lady who runs it during the day was extremely kind, however do expect to wait at least 20-30 mins at the bottom.

"Fantastically beautiful property and rooms. The private beach is a unique and very relaxing area. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is incredibly kind, helpful and sincere. A ten min walk into town center, with no problem. Bellano is much more relaxed and less touristy than Bellagio and Varenna, so you can really relax and just enjoy Italy’s finest.
