"I have stayed at Hampton Inns in many different locations for many years. Some clearly better than others. This one was a standout. On the outskirts of of Tarpon Springs and it was pleasantly quiet which is a big concern of mine. Breakfast buffet /coffee was excellent. Pool was clean and well maintained. Room was large and the AC kept me cool. Staff was friendly."

"Beautiful, historic hotel located in the center of New Port Richey. Lots of restaurants surrounding it, with a beautiful park out the back door. The rooms are wonderful. Enjoyed our stay and will be back."

"Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

"Full of crackheads. First room was dirty hair in the tub dirt on the floors dirty sheets and blankets. Second room was next door to a couple who fought very loudly about drugs ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. Scared my son at one point it sounded like something was being slammed against the walls. Staff kept coming to “talk” to them but nothing ever happened and they never stopped."

"Lunch at the grill was ok. Sweaty golfers came in and stunk the place up. Service was sub par. Drinks were good. Came back for dinner because the Cooper head closed at 9pm. Ordered food to go. Live music was cool. Drinks were great. Room was huge. Basic but huge. All in all 7 out of 10"

"Room was clean except for ants by the balcony and on the table by the sliding door. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was alright for a quality inn. Room was quiet except for the busy road in front. Been coming to this hotel for years, love it by it has its quirks, lol"
