"Obviously this is a budget hotel at half the price of the chain places. With that in mind, it is an excellent choice. Everything was very clean and looked brand new. Ask for a room on the backside of the property. US19 is very loud."

"The staff was excellent and super helpful! However, we stayed in a suite and it faced the highway (6 lanes) and the noise transference was fairly high. I'm guessing these are the original windows with the building but these need to be replaced. We've stayed in this hotel before multiple times in a room which doesn't face the property and the noise wasn't an issue."

"Beautiful and extensive golf community / resort. Old Florida charm. Rooms and architecture is 70s, and it’s a mix of residential and hotel units. Felt more like renting a condo than a hotel. Unfortunately we left w flea bites (most likely from the unit itself). That’s the reason for the low stars given. We did not raise a complaint with the hotel"

It is in a great location and the staff were very friendly. However, the one HUGE downside was the wedding that was being held onsite. The room we were assigned was directly above the hotel restaurant and we heard every song. Not just the beat of the music; it was loud enough that we could hear the words. By 9:30pm...

"Rooms hardly have furniture. Bathroom sink edge had so many ciggarette burns it has become a design for the past 20 years. Falling off handles on sink n shower. Curtain is molded a foot up the bottom. No blankets. No body wash . Not up to Choice any where I have Ever been. No reply from the property can make uo for the delapidated conditions of rooms. Nice staff doesnt make up for it. Place NEEDS TOTAL RENOVATION!!"

"Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

"Our check in at front desk was wonderful because of Danny. He was personable and throughout our 4 days he made a point to remember our names and make sure he offered something every time. Actually for the most part every worker greeted us with a smile and were friendly. Also found the closeness to the walking trail a major plus as well as walking by the water peaceful. The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful quaint town. In regards to the room, it was very basic but suited our needs fine....
