"First of all, the whole hotel was apparently booked that weekend, probably for a music concert. I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken. The girl a front desk also mentionned to me that people smoke in all the rooms, even in the non smoking ones. That is beyond inacceptable for those who dont smoke.
