"Everything was in working order in my semi-detached cabin. It wasn't far from the gift shop and snack bar. Several trailheads were also close by. The lodge/restaurant was closed for construction which I already knew in advance. I got there a little too late in the year to use the swimming pool which was closed."

"We love the lodge at Dale Hollow State Park. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is always so friendly. The restaurant has an affordable and lovely breakfast buffet. The views of the lake from our room were beautiful. Be sure to pay for the lake view rooms with balcony. It’s worth it for the early morning views . It is so convenient to the boat launch. Love love love"

"We only stayed here overnight for a new place to stay so we came in the evening and left in the morning. We didn't get to experience the amenities like swimming but the place was very pretty. One thing I didn't like was check inside the pub so when I got there it was pretty loud and hard to hear. The room was across from the pool so it was loud until quiet time and it seemed like everyone then relaxed. I would definitely stay here again but maybe get there earlier to check out the pool, fitness center, and game room. Free wifi and the ac worked really well, bed was a little hard for me but my husband liked it. Coffee in the room was Folgers so better than most"
