It is a shame you have chosen to remain anonymous as it is difficult to attend to problems if I do not know when and which cabin you stayed, I am sorry you had a bad experience with cockroaches, the little buggers love this time of year. You may have found dead ones as we bomb our cabins regularly to try and control them. It is the season for them and we do struggle. Our amenities are old but very well kept, our cleaner of the camp kitchen and amenities is very good. We have chosen to keep our camp kitchen rustic as we get so much feedback about how people love it and we get many guest gethering around the open fireplace playing their guitars and having a great old time. I guess you were after a more modern camp kitchen. When the weather is very bad we have allowed a motorbike to park in the corner of the kitchen to keep it out of the rain. He does not drive it in and it should not affect anything in the kitchen as it is far enough away from everything, I can't see how this affected your time in the camp kitchen but I shall look into it.

Hello , I am sorry you could smell mould. We try our best to not have mould on the inside of our cabins. I am suprised you could smell it. It is actually moss that is built up on our canopys etc, we are replacing all of them next week, it should look a whole lot better! We thought the insides were more important tro our guests so that is where we started and are now about to embark on the outside of all the buildings. There is Wi/Fi located free of charge and unlimited in the cafe area for all our guests to use. I apologise if you were unaware of this, we do try and tell all our guests upon check in about this, I will bring it up with my staff to make sure this is happening. I hope you are able to come back soon and see our frshly painted cabins. Kind Regards Virginia

Hello Anonymous, Thank you for your review. How I would love to offer you WI/Fi in your cabins, we have been in constant talks with Telstra and NBN in regards to this matter, it is simply not good enough that the mobile reception is dodgy up here. As you can imagine we keep getting the run around as does the rest of our neighborhood. Were you aware that we offer unlimited free wi/fi in the cafe and surrounding gardens? At this stage this is the best we can do and for the most part people are happy with this, alot of people we have found are happy to disconnect from their busy lives. Hello and thank you for your review. I am sorry you were expecting a different configuration than you got. It is written in the cabin description online exactly what is in each cabin, with measurements of the beds. Our family cabins are made for a couple of adults and kids in bunks, we do have other cabins here that may have suited your needs better. Our bunk beds are the same length as a normal single bed, just a little narrower. Kind Regards Virginia

Hello LA, Thank you for your review. We are in a beautiful location. In regards to check out times etc you will find a book in your cabin with all the details you required. It is also stated in the amenities and in your booking platform (expedia), you will find that 90% of accommodation in Australia has a check out time of 10am unless otherwise stated. We have pamphlets in our shop and in the camp kitchen with lots of things to do in the area. We do not like to clutter up our cabins with all these brochures and have popped them in an A4 found in the drawers of all cabins, with lots of other interesting information for the area. We are also extremely happy to help you plan you day if you are in need of a bit of extra advice. Very Kind Regards Virginia and Cameron
