"I stayed over on a Sunday night. The representative at the front desk was also responsible for sorting cans from the trash can and other duties. He should of had a walkie talkie so that he could know when someone was at the front desk. The guy in line before me was told to come back in a hour for towels. I had to call the main customer service line twice. Very poor way of doing things. Usually I can count on Best Western, was disappointed."
