"Staff was amazing, from check in to check out. As a solo traveler I also felt extra safe because the front staff would always acknowledge me when I left and came back, and provided ideas for where to go for food and the safest places in the area. Parking was very close, right in front of the hotel and along the side. AND the hotel is located in a great spot in Coral Springs for restaurants and coffee (Starbucks!). It is an older hotel so there is wear and tear visible but my room was clean and everywhere I went was clean."

"Chose this hotel because I waa able to secure off site parking for a cruise that offered free shuttle service. FYI. Hotel had nothing to do with cruise shuttle. The shuttle service thru the parking service did not work out as expected to the cruise terminal. Parking was very simple. I needed to get an Uber because the shuttle service did not show up at the 30 minute intervals as previously advised. Embasy suites amazing.. breakfast...coffee...room cleanliness. Staff all attentive and professional!!! We would definitely saty again!!!! "

"Hotel was nice. Roof pool was really nice. I went down to tell them my room phone wasn’t working. They sent someone up and he also went down to tell them it didn’t work. The lady at the desk asked me if I really needed it.. I would have 100% used room service to order stuff. I wasn’t fond of that but not the biggest problem to have. Also the remote didn’t work but they fixed that. I think the staff should check everything when someone checks out to make sure everything is operational for the next customer."

"The room was not clean. Everything from stains on the ceiling, walls, floors and hair in the bed. There were roaches all over the room even in the refrigerator. The staff were dismissive and not attentive. We've stayed several times prior, this was a let down and our vacation was ruined. When we finally spoke with a manager all we got was why didn't you say anything sooner. As if that made a difference when there any roaches are everywhere and looking for a new hotel last minute. So we spent most our time on the beach and eating out of restaurants not being able to save left overs plus sleeping fully clothed every night.."

"The room was fairly clean. Handicap accessibility was difficult as you have to go outside and around many corners and in and out doors to get to rooms. The free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise terminal were amazing though!"

"The valet is a true nightmare. Fighting for pool chairs insane, over half an hour to speak to front desk absolutely crazy. Never have I ever been in a resort this crazy full and understaffed "
