"The location was good to most of what we wanted in Seattle. The photos gave me the impression of a boutique hotel but in reality is a motel with some upgrades. My room had a sitting area when you walk in the room, then a very short hallway with an outdated bathroom and the the bedroom. The bedroom could not get cool because the air conditioner was in the front room. The air conditioner was also temperature controled so it would only cool to approx. 75 degrees. "The room was very clean, staff very friendly, but it’s just not what I’m used to. If you want a higher end hotel, this is not it. It’s not a fleabag, don’t get me wrong. The parking lot was on a different block, there was no security, and the spaces were very narrow. I worried about my car getting dinged up. "

"Staff was very welcoming, unit was clean and the gated parking lot + bright lighting made it feel safe. The only issue was the VERY weak water pressure and heater. It would take several minutes for the water to warm up and it felt like there was barely any water pressure."
