"Great hotel in a really great spot. The hotel has a restaurant and there are also heaps of takeaway and eating options very close by. Lots of parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were really really comfy and the shower was amazing. The water pressure was incredible. Staff were really friendly and helpful. "

"Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended."

"Great buffet breakfast, amazing dinner and drinks. Staff super friendly and helpful. The pool is not suitable for colder weather. Staff member advised it’s heated but when the weather is cold the pool can’t heat itself. It was approx 12 degrees when we were there. Seems a waste of electricity heating it year round when it’s not really suitable. My partner had a cold plunge and was nice to get in the spa after it, but it also had its downfall when you had to get out of it and it was cold. Would...
